I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Life Coach, a crisis-trained disaster response Chaplain, and a professional artist. I enjoy working with teens (16+) through adults - individuals, college students, parents, and couples. My clinical counseling experience includes adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-and-stressor related disorders (PTSD), controlling/fear-based abuse recovery, parenting, post-divorce, and relationships: pre-marriage/re-marriage/couple's therapy using the SYMBIS assessment and Gottman Method. Additionally, I have expertise in career exploration, life purpose, goal setting, therapeutic art facilitation, and helping clients discover meaning and purpose in life.
